I am taking part in the London Trathlon on the 5th Aug'07 and cant wait to see this total rise higher and higher as the weeks role closer.

I will have to, swim 1,500mtrs, then cycle 40Km after which i am going to have to try and survive a gruelling 10Km run.

It would mean so much to me if i can raise loads of money for such a worthy cause and i am sure that will make me finnish with a real sence of achivement, both physically but also emothionally.
