The six of us, AKA the Jolly Boy's (that's Des, Stu, Nick, Charlie, Rich and Angus) decided it would be a good idea (after a longish dinner where refreshment had been taken..!) to run, cycle and kayak 105 miles across Scotland in a weekend! (www.scotlandcoasttocoast.co.uk) 

This is quite an undertaking and adventure for us all so we thought it would be a great opportunity to raise money for one of the many great causes out there... We decided the Sussex Cancer Fund would be a very worthy cause as all of us have known at different times friends, family and loved ones that have either suffered the horrors of cancer themselves or been supporting loved ones with the disease.

We hope we can help them out by raising a lot of much needed pounds for The Sussex Cancer Fund  while losing a lot of not needed pounds ourselves while training and completing the event!
