After a couple of years off (and swearing never again), I'll be running the Manchester 10k to support Teenage Cancer Trust as part of Team boohoo. 

Despite my best efforts/ several parkruns/ purchasing neon outfits I'll never be a natural runner, so anything you can spare to spur me round and raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust is very welcome!
