Thanks for visiting my website. Well, it's that time of year again, and yes, I'm after your money, AGAIN. After having the summer off and putting back on my beer belly it's time to dig out the old running shoes and get back out on the roads!. . My feet have just stopped hurting!!.

This year, as you can see I'm running for WellChild. I have chose this charity because I have been blessed with a perfectly healthy little girl. As you can see from the above facts, many parents have not. I just want to give something to them. So please, dig deep (again!) and donate as much as you can!!!.
