Story

I am delighted to welcome you to the official sponsorship page for ‘The Ocean Gateway Challenge’.

My world first attempt to swim the full 36 miles of the Manchester Ship Canal will take place on the 5th/6th September 2008 and we need your help.

This challenge is in aid of The Children’s Hospital Appeal and with your support, we want to raise over £250,000 to add to the £1.3 million already donated by Peel Holdings Ltd this year.

Details of the charity can be found on the left hand side of this page, for more information of ‘The Ocean Gateway Challenge’ please visit www.manchestershipcanalswim.co.uk

So please sponsor ‘The Ocean Gateway Challenge’ now!

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Central Manchester & Manchester Children's University Hospitals Charity gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
