I'm just back from the 190-mile cycle from London to Paris, from Friday 7 September to Monday 10, in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care. My thanks to those of you who have already kindly and generously donated to the cause - the ride was an unforgettable experience, and one you should have a go at - but it's still not too late to donate. This page will stay live until 6 November.
My elder brother, David, died from a rare form of cancer a few years ago at the
age of 41, and is greatly missed. That is why your donation, however small, is particularly appreciated.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Marie Curie Cancer Care will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you in one of Alistair Darling's first great acts as chancellor.
With thanks and love.
James
