When I suggested an abseil down Guy's Hospital (see pic) I knew I would have to conquer my fear of heights. I didn't! Instead I learnt how long 4 minutes really is but all for a good cause.

I have now signed up to climb Kilimanjaro for 2 worthy charities and this is no past-time for me which is why I am asking for your help to make this a success. I will put in the time for training and endure whatever 7-8 days of trekking to 5895m throws at me; I will also contribute the cost of the trip and all expenses so every £ that you kindly donate will go straight to Outreach 3 Way who have kindly agreed to split the funds raised with Ronald McDonald House at Guy's Hospital (aka Evelina Family Trust).

Please dig deep as I know I will have to during the days and nights next January. I am also open to "special" donations in return for sponsorship from Companies/Individuals (for example Rigby & Peller, Galamast, Man Group, JetAir) who may require that "alternative" gesture in return for their generosity.
