As some of you may be aware i have been working along side people living with Dementia for four years this April. During this time i have met and continue to meet some of the most amazing individuals. Dementia awareness week begins on the 18th of May 2014. As a Dementia champion for Quantum care i want to do everything i possibly can to raise awareness for this cause. I will be taking part in a 300 ft bungee jump on the 21st june 2014 at 2pm. All funds raised via this page will be donated to the alzheimers society.
