We raising money for The Christie charity for cancer. Both of us have been touched personally by its affects and feel the charity deserves as much support as it can possibly get. It's a brilliant organisation that are leading experts in cancer care, research and education. The money that is donated to the charity goes towards providing the best care and treatment for patients and using research and clinical trials for major breakthroughs. 

The Leeds RAG Jailbreak takes place on the 31st March 2014 and the aim is the get as far away from The University of Leeds as possible in 36 hours by using only the power of persuasion. As well as this Just Giving page we are also going to be running cake sales and fundraising around the University of Leeds campus. 

Any money donated to this page will be given directly to the charity and will not be used for any of the transport throughout the jailbreak.

In past years of this event people have managed to hitch to places as far away as Budapest and New York, we are hoping to do just as well, or even better.
