We are raising money for Micheal Sobell Hospice House at Mount Vernon Hospital, Northwood. Jonny stayed at the hospice for the last 2 weeks of his life, after spending 4 weeks at the hospital. He was treated so well and they just couldn't do their amazing work without charity or volunteers.
