This year Colleagues at IPS Flow Systems have decided to raise money for Macmillan; we have done various ice bucket challenges, on 26th September we are taking part in the world's largest coffee morning and a week earlier 5 of us will do the coast to coast bike ride from Whitehaven to Seaham.
