Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be taking part in a few challenging events throughout 2012 in order to raise money for the Baby Beat Appeal at the Sharoe Green Maternity Unit at Royal Preston Hospital. You can learn about what they do at www.babybeat.co.uk

The events I am taking part in are as follows:-

20th May 2012 - Bupa Great Manchester Run - 10km

2nd - 3rd June 2012 - National three peaks challenge. Climbing to the summit of the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon - in 24 hours. (This is being organised on behalf of Vernon Carus Cricket Club and I will be raising £200 for them via offline donations - anything donated on this page goes directlyto Baby Beat).

12th August 2012 - Cross Bay Half Marathon, across Morecambe Bay from Bolton-Le-Sands to Ulverston.

I am also going to complete the PrestonGuild Series, which consists of four runs of varying distance - 5k, 10k, 10 mile and full marathon (26.2 miles). The events are as follows:-

7th May 2012 - Preston Guild 5km (Thanks to David Meloy for donating your place to me!).

30th September 2012 - Run Preston -10km.

28th October 2012 - Preston Guild Marathon.

18th November 2012 - Preston 10 miler.
