I was driving home down the dual carriageway. At the round about a Merc started moving towards me. Ready for roadrage he actually handed £20 in response to the signs in the window. What a gent, restored your faith in human nature. Cheers Mr Annon!

Good news about the lump on my toe. Its only a cyst, however the treatment is to straighten my toe with surgery and a k-wire This will take place in the summer.

A big thanks sam. I found out what my toe lump is, a mucous cyst. They are planning to remove the cyst after the marathon. Trouble is they want to straighten and fuse the toe with a wire down the middle. Two weeks out of action and another four weeks in orthopaedic footwear.
