Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 4^th June 2010 I am setting off on a cycle ride from John O’Groats to Lands End. The journey will be broadly 1000 miles and is planned to take 10 days. There will be 3 of us undertaking the complete trip (David Back, Chris Connolly and me) and each day will see different riders joining in for a stage or two.

Whilst I hope to enjoy the challenge I am also taking the opportunity to raise money for 3 charities: The British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research and The Alzheimers society.
