Last year I decided enough was enough and got my life in order by losing 4 stone, whilst doing this I got in to cycling and running and managed to raise some money for charity, so this year I decided to really challenge myself and to make sure that 4 stone never goes back on, so I am doing 6 challenges, two 60 mile bike rides, one 100 mile bike ride, a half marathon, the London Duathlon and finishing with the BIG ONE a 470K cycle challenge from Vietnam to Cambodia, the events will be hard, the training will be relentless, so please support me with what you can.
