It will be a year in August since I lost my Dad from this horrendous disease. Not a day goes by that I don’t miss him, I crave one of his big bear hugs immensely!

As I was meant to be taking part in the annual All Stars Ice Hockey Charity Weekend event this summer, this has been postponed until next year, so I thought I would take part in the PCUK 250 mile biking event instead.

I hope my Dad would be proud of what I’m doing.
