Story
Thank-you very much to all who contributed!
The bike ride was excellent - the weather smiled on us, not too hot and not too cold, and the scenery is fantastic! 60k (well it came to 34 miles, which is nearly 60km) is a long way and we worked out afterwards that for about 6 miles Neil and I were leading the field. We were only trying to catch up with the group in front! The old bike held up well.
