Story

Howling vows to lose weight and live healthily this year!!!

Apparently, bingeing on burgers & chips will not only snag the buttonhole but also drain your braincells. According to one study.

No way. I can stop this happening to me by eating healthy substitutes, cooking my own food and changing my eating habits. I reckon I can minimise the amount of rubbish I make from all the packaging and save a lot of money from buying ready made expensive convenience food. Think of the poor children who don't eat in the most deprived countries. These children literally eat our garbage. I know of children in so called 'Smokey Mountain' in Manila who wait for the garbage truck to unload their happy meals of the most foul and vile pieces of pork and chicken discarded from fast food restaurants.

Help them eat proper food to make them healthier and brighter. Give generously.
