Story
Paul Hopfensperger (Hoffy) swims The English Channel for the 3rd time, this time as part of an international relay team in aid of St Nicholas Hospice...
Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Having completed 2 solo swims of The English Channel in 2007 & 2008, raising over £16,200 in the process, this year I completed 3 swims to raise much needed funds for St. Nicholas Hospice in Bury St Edmunds. These were:-
1) The Great East Swim, Alton Water, Suffolk on June 19, 2010 - COMPLETED!
2) The Great London Swim in The Royal Victoria Dock, London on July 03, 2010 - COMPLETED!
3) 'Team Iryna International' - 6 person English Channel Relay, July 04, 2010 - COMPLETED - 12 Hrs. 44 Mins!

St Nicholas Hospice needs to raise a staggering £10,000 per day just to cover their overheads, and we are hoping to add a minimum of £1,000 to their funds from this swim, and other smaller ones during the summer of 2010.
