Team Racine have joined forces with the Fresh Olive Company to raise funds for this truly remarkable charity. Christophe and Mike, restaurant manager and sous chef at Racine will be cycling from Paris to London in September over two and a half days. I will be part of the motorcycle support team, goading them on their way! Its going to be a great trip but what we really need is your help.
