We work with homeless and hospice charities to support their construction projects

Story

This will be Building Magazine's 4th year taking part in The Construction Industry Dragon Boat Challenge in aid of CRASH. With up to 40 crews battling it out for the top spot, this year we've gone back to our roots and looked for inspiration from the man who started it all, Joseph Hansom.

Prolific architect, founder of the Hansom cab and our very own Building magazine, he will be at the helm, banging the drum to our very own Builder's Ark.

This is the time to show your support for the tireless work that CRASH carry out every year, helping homeless people throughout the UK build better lives and homes for themselves.

So give generously and feel free to come support us and the other teams on the day - 2pm at West Reservoir, London, N4 on 27th June. There'll be a BBQ, beer tents, entertainment and prizes for the crews, and all money goes direct to CRASH.
