For those of you who have kept track of events, you will wonder why I am doing this after  the BUPA Great North Run.( For those who don't know I was 'crippled' with a calf injury by the run!).

Well,

1. I enjoy running ~ ridiculous as it may seem, with having to get up early often in the dark and pouring rain.

2. If my having fun helps others~ why not? Come on folks at least some good comes out of it!
