Hi ,here we are again! only 17 years since my last marathon!I must be mad.

Started training october 5th -5mls not too bad(spent the rest of the day in bed!) running for the guide dogs,who I raised money for when i was footballing a few years ago. october training -went well 34mls in total. longest run to date 10km

november training-great month 55mls in total.injury free to date.

december training-went ok 57mls in total inc longridge xmas 7(which was fun!) injury free.longest run to date 10 mls

january training went great total miles 73 mls feeling great at this stage! next big test blackpool half marathon. (22-2-09)

february brought injury !!48 mls

x-ray and phsyio later back out training.but taking it easier for now!!

race back on though so sponsors still wanted.(please)

march running ok 56mls in total injury stable at the moment.

april training went well injury free and running good! total miles 68. please donate nearly there now!!
