Story

Thank you for supporting me and Cancer Research UK.

This is my 4th London Marathon (and probably last for a while).  Over the past few years, the amazing support from friends and family has helped me raise over £7,500 for Cancer Research UK.

You know how passionate I am about the amazing work Cancer Research UK undertakes to bring forward the day we beat Cancer, and I'm aiming to reach £10,000.  I am eternally grateful for everyone's support and never take it for granted.

I promised if I ran a marathon again, I'd do something different.  Never mind 'hanging up my shoes', more like 'a shoe hanging on me'.  I'll be running in the official Cancer Research UK mascot, 'Shoe Barker'.

As if that wasn't enough, I will be attempting to break the World Record for 'Fastest Marathon dressed as a shoe (Male)'.

Thanks again for supporting me, Cancer Research UK and #ShoeBarker
