Story

This September we'll be running from St. Bees in Cumbria to Robin Hood's bay in Yorkshire roughly following the Wainwright Coast to Coast Walk, a distance of about 200 miles so just over a marathon a day (assuming we don't get lost!). We'll be carrying all our own food & kit and staying in camping barns - not sure we could actually run if we had to take a tent as well! This will all be in support of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) which funds research to cure, prevent and treat type 1 diabetes. They are the world's leading charitable funder of this research and help improve the lives of people with type 1 diabetes before ultimately finding a cure. Type 1 diabetes runs in our family and supporting JDRF is something we really want to do and your support would be very much appreciated. More information can be found here: http://www.jdrf.org.uk/
