On 10th May I'm riding a 24 hour endurance mountain bike event with my team mate Aaron Beavis. This is our first event, longest ride by about 20 hours , first night ride and we're well out of shape .

We're going to train hard so we can do as many 10 mile laps as possible. So please help make it worthwhile by donating what you can to this worthy charity.
