In July 2005 when my Father passed away, he was allowed to pass with dignity and care with help from the Marie Curie Cancer charity, from people that care and really showed it.

Since then I have been meaning to try to give something back to the people that helped care for my Dad.

I'm not a runner but aim to  compete in the Men's Health 10k survival of the fittest race in Cardiff on the 3rd October 2010, see link attached, http://mhsurvival.co.uk no easy feat for a fat Brummy!
