Hello Everyone,

                             Thank you for visting my fundraising page! I'am raising money for Children in Crossfire by taking on the challenge of a 10day trip to Peru.  Most of our time there will be spent trekking through the spectaculer Lares region of the Peruivian Andes.   My inspiration came to light through watching the television documentary about the founder of the charity, Richard Moore.  The story of how he got blinded by a plastic bullet during the troubles in Northern Ireland at the tender age of ten years old, then his search to find the soldier who fired the bullet leading onto him becoming friends with the soldier and breaking down religious barriers.

I want to complete the challenge not just to raise money for such a worthwhile cause but to experience something like this which will also pose as a major personal acheivement.

As part of my fundraising for the Peru trek, I will be taking part in:

- A skydive

- Various sponsored walks (all volunteers will be welcomed for these)

-A quiz night/night at the races (which has yet to be arranged) 

- Car boot sale
