Five days to go and I'm feeling confident I can actually do this! I've spent the last three months running through rain, hail, muddy fields and blisters, but what keeps me powering on is the thought of all the children I'd be giving up on if I didn't do it (that and counting to a hundred over and over again!).

Those of you who know me well will know that a) I love Nepal and b) I am the least athletic person you will ever meet!

The Esther Benjamins Trust is commemorating its tenth anniversary with a 10km run.  EBT works with some of Nepal's most vulnerable children - rescuing victims of trafficking and giving them the skills to rebuild their lives. It's a great cause and the money is needed more than ever.

I will be running 10km on May 25th and my aim is to raise £1000 for EBT.
