On November 1st, 2022 my Guide Dog Mitch and I qualified as a Guide Dog duo after being matched with one another by Guide Dogs Scotland in August. A dream come true as I always wanted to be guided by a guide dog ever since I lost most of my sight at the age of 21. Due to the amazing work that Guide Dogs Scotland are doing for the sight loss and blind community, I was able to have my dream become a reality. 

On April 30th of this year, my friends and I will be walking the Kiltwalk and fundraising for Guide Dogs as a way of saying thank you for giving me my wings to fly! Mitch will also be joining us on our adventure.
