I am a charity runner for complementary therapy team of the royal free hospital to run in the 2019 london marathon. The reason why I chose this organizion is that I had expereinced to volunteer working at the team. Mr Keith Hunt MBE welocmed  me to become a member of his great team and I had learned so many things for the last 3months. 
It was hard and tough expereinces, but I never forget to be POSITIVE. 
Because of that motivation, I find myself getting used to the new environment and I really admire what Mr Keith said "Doctors and Nurses take care of patients diseases, while at that same time, our thearapists take care patients well being holistically". I can not say thank you enough for the all members of his team. 

When I go home, I would like to encourage Keiths complementary 
therapy method to japanese medical fields as long as I can. Running in the 2019 london marathon will be a great opportunity to advertilse to get to know what is compementary therpy and how good it is for our mental and physical well being. 

My best time of matahon is 4 hours 4minutes when I ran in tateyama wakashio marathon in 2017. My total running distance of every month is around 250 KM and more further. I will run under 4 hours in a 2019 london marathon. I hopo my effofrts will be really paid off on that day. I would like to appreciate my running friends here who encarages me at Hamstead heath.

２０１９年４月ロンドンマラソンのチャリテイーランナーとして
走ります。募金団体はロイヤルフリーです。この３カ月間、ボランテイアのセラピストして、キースリーダーのチームに入れて頂き活動させていただきました。キースの患者さんに対する熱い情熱と補完医療の病院内の取り組みに感動して、直談版して、チームの一員にいれていただいた経緯があります。

最初はなかなかなれずしんどかったですが、なんとか前向きであることを忘れずに、活動をしてきました。また医師や看護婦は、患者様の病気を治すことに、力をいれていて、セラピストは患者様の健康を
人してholisticallyにサポートしていくんだよ、という言葉にも感銘をうけ、それをmotivationにしてがんばってきました。

たまたま、ロイヤルフリーでロンドンマラソンのチャリテイーランナーの募集があり、その選考で補完医療への熱い思いを書き、チームのよりよい活動、人材育成のサポートをしたいとも書き、選んでいただきました。
