This is my beautiful sister-in-law Sue she has many fabulous names because everyone who has ever had the privilege to have met her will know what an exceptional person she was. she was always happy she would light up a room with just her presence, she loved everyone she met and in the years I have known her never a nasty word or grumble about anyone or anything.
Sue lived life to the full she would be the first one up dancing at party's shining her special light upon everyone.
Sue was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last January and she and her Husband Mark fought it with every last ounce of their strength and love taking the ups with the downs but never giving up!
Of course none of her friends and family could help Mark and Sue through this as covid-19 was rife and lockdowns and just trying to keep the both free of the virus meant we were no help to them ta all.
This New Year all of her family friends work mates had the heart breaking news that Sue only had limited time left with us a few months, this was totally devastating to every single one of us but she was not ready to give up..
She would just reply IT IS WHAT IT IS while the rest of us fell to pieces.
She was admitted to St Wilfrids hospice after collapsing in the shower due to retained fluid and restricted mobility, they allowed her 10 people who could visit her as long as we done lateral flow tests, so after so long not seeing them both we could visit, Sue had fluid drained from her at hospital and when she came back she was in Marks words was a new woman.
A few days after this procedure her temperature went up.....she had an infection the hospital said that we should prepare for the worse. This was yet another blow it had only been 2 weeks since we thought she had a few months.
The hospice were AMAZING she was able to bring in a few other special people to see her for a short time.
Sue passed away peacefully in the arms of Mark on Friday 21st January 2022.
A truly beautiful person inside and out and there will not be a day goes by without us sheading a tear for her.
So I decided that I wanted to raise money for St Wifrids for Sue she was so well cared for and so were we all there was nothing that was to much trouble for the staff to make our last moments with our beloved Sue, So to push my bounderies to the maximum I am doing a skydive on 1st July please anyone that knows me this so far out of my comfort zone which is why I would like to raise £1000 every little helps so please please HELP ME!
Thank you
