Each year we hold an open ladies golf competition in August to raise funds for our chosen charity - sadly this year we have had to cancel this event due to Covid-19.  MND Scotland was our charity of choice for the competition - they do such a wonderful job supporting people with motor neuron disease as well as seeking a much wanted cure. 

We are very aware that charities are finding it difficult to raise funds in these challenging times, so instead of playing golf, 19 of us are committing to a virtual walk of 180k (112 miles) for MND Scotland - the good news is that this will get us the equivalent of all the way from Troon to St Andrews, the Home of Golf!  Indeed if you look at our photos you will see some of our ladies are already getting their golf bags and trollies set up to go! 

We are asking you to support our efforts by making a small donation through JustGiving. The money you donate will be used by MND Scotland for one-to-one counselling, benefits advice, complementary therapy, communications equipment, support groups and so much more, as well as funding vital research in Scotland to help find a cure for this devastating illness.
