Event: South East Asia Bike Ride 2024, on 3 February 2024
We're taking our fantastic supporters on an incredible 500km cycle through Cambodia, Thailand and Laos.

Story

In February 2024, I'll be taking on a once-in-a-lifetime journey through Cambodia, Thailand and Laos. Andy and I along with our fellow cyclists will be cycling over 500km to meet Lendwithcare entrepreneurs and raise funds for CARE's poverty fighting projects.

Through Lendwithcare the microloans I have made have supported the following:-

- 25 loans

- 43 families

- created 39 jobs

- helping 107 people

- countries lent in:- Ecuador, Philippines, Thailand, Peru, Vietnam, Pakistan, Rwanda

And it would be fascinating if I am able to meet any of those entrepreneurs I have helped whilst we cycling through Thailand.

My starting point will literally be getting back on my bike for the first time since Aug 2020 after coming off it and breaking my wrist. Then the training begins and I’ll keep you updated as I go along with my progress.

Every penny donated on this page will be used to help people in low income countries work their way through poverty with dignity.  (We shall be paying for our own costs of flights, accommodation etc).

Keep you posted and updated through Facebook and Instagram.

Thanking you in advance of any donations made - greatly appreciated.

Cheers Toria xx 😁
