Story
SwingTrain Bristol are super excited to welcome you to the Tea Talk and Dance!
In memory of some good friends and family who have been lost to suicide and in celebration of the positive effect Dance Fitness and community can have on mental health. We are bringing you this fundraiser social for Changes, Bristol.
You can expect cake, teas, coffees, a dance floor, swing music and electro swing with some fun dance activities and plenty of space for people to sit and talk in a comfortable and casual setting.
- I am very passionate about Changes Bristol because so many people get ill whilst waiting for support. I really believe Changes support groups save lives by bridging that gap. Being a member and volunteer facilitator has certainly got me through some tough times.
