Thank you so much for your support and help in raising money for the millions of Ukraine people that have been affected by this senseless war. 

Every day I watch the news and see thousands of people and animals suffering and wanted to do something to help. 

My goal is to raise a minimum of £5000 and to do this I will spend 24hrs to reach the total of 5000 kettlebell swings. 

I will be at Yates Sheffield on Saturday 23rd April & Sunday 24th April from 8 am to 8 pm if you want to come along and support.
