Thanks for taking the time to visit our team JustGiving page for Susy's Green Army 2021 bike ride.
In 2019, with your help we raised a fantastic amount in our first London to Brighton ride. Last year, was a global event and although we couldn't do the official L2B (due to the pandemic) we covered the distance locally and were joined by our Aussie friends who rode in parallel.
For 2021 we wanted to do a BIGGER challenge so we will be beginning our ride in Bishops Stortford, then joining the start line for the official London to Brighton - riding nearly 100 miles in total.
We want to raise as much money as possible for Breast Cancer Now.

Our chosen UK charity Breast Cancer Now has been funding a third of breast cancer research in the UK, as a vital part of moving closer to their vision – that by 2050, everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live and be supported to live well.
Due to the impact of the coronavirus, sadly they were facing a very different reality - and expecting a shocking £16 million drop in income. While striving to continue ongoing projects, in 2020 they had to make the difficult decision to cancel all funding for new research projects.

About Susy's Green Army
We are a group of close family and friends who want to make a difference in Sue's memory. We have decided to ride again this year in aid of Breast Cancer Now who both provide such an important role to so many.
Together with Cliff, and the support of Jessica and Ollie, plus our wider friends and family, we are hoping to raise as much as possible for our charity of choice.
