Thanks for taking the time to visit The SS1000 JustGiving page. We are a local group of gym users at The Gym Reading West, and we enjoy helping worthy causes. Our run group SS Run Club consists of members who have been touched by someone who has had cancer, whether a family member, friend or work colleague. We decided to run a circuit challenge for this occasion to reach a new demographic of viewers, helping to spread awareness about prostate cancer and raise funds to support cancer research. We hope our personal experiences about cancer and healthy lifestyle choices inspire others to get involved and help us add value and support to the quality of life for all affected.

We aim to host more circuit training events to raise the much-needed funds, so the day we beat cancer, we can stand proud and say, yep, and we played a part in it.
