Hi everyone, as said in the title I'm taking the plunge (or dive) to raise money for The Brain Tumour Research Charity that's very close to my heart.

On Saturday 8th April 2023, I shall be pulling up my big girl pants and jumping out of a plane. The airfield is in Headcorn, Nr. Maidstone, Kent.

In 2004 I was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour. After the amazing care and treatment I received this made me want to give back... time flies and simple things escape you. Then in September 2022 my mum fell ill and in November was also diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour. To my family and all our close friends, our world just crumbled knowing this was happening to our beautiful mum. This also gave me the boot to really think, "Let's kick cancer's butt!', and there is no time like the present. 

Knowing people, adults and children, families and friends are receiving this terrible news everyday is heartbreaking. Brain tumour research is one of the poorest funded cancers but one of the most common.

So if you can, no matter how small, please donate to help this amazing charity find treatments and cures.
