Hello Everyone, thanks for visiting my page.
To promote the benefits running has on long-term Mental Health, I will be running 10,000 miles.
I have no idea how long it will take or how, but I will get there, whether it takes 5 years or perhaps more. It will include many half marathons and some marathons.
