In April 2019,I become President of the Insurance Institute of Cheltenham & Gloucester and will be extremely honoured and humbled to represent our 2000 members. 

As is customary, part of the role has a focus towards fundraising raising awareness and volunteering for a selected charity.

My charity is Cheltenham Animal Shelter

We have 2 terriers of our own; life wouldn't be the same without them both, so I decided to run and walk 2000 miles for 2000 members.

Year one raised £2800. My 2 biggest fund raisers were postponed to Covid 19 . I did squeeze in 3 x 10k races in May and  the Cheltenham 3 Peaks Challenge which is 22 miles on 1st June  ,along with Fairford 10k,Cheltenham 10k,  and Gloucester 10k in July and a 34 mile walk to Sharpness and back in August. 

Year 2 I am cracking on with more running, 72 holes of golf in a day, 2020 Cheltenham 3 Peaks, Race to Broadway Tower, quizzes, anything we can think of .
