Kathy Joules has challenged me to take part. Kathy lost her husband Andrew in 2018 aged 53  Andrew was such a great man. A loving husband, father and son. Andrew loved his farm and was proud of their herd of prize winning short horn cattle they milked on the farm in Pembrokeshire  

My friend Julies brother Kev Harrison has recently been diagnosed aged 62  Kev is such a family man devoted to his children and granddaughter  Along with his sisters they are all struggling with coming to terms with his diagnosis that has already stripped him of the ability to speak and tell his family how much he loves them
