Poppy aged just 5years old has decided she wants to raise money for the Gastroenterology department who poppy is a patient with by walking from Stanney Wood to Chester Zoo which is about 4 miles on Sunday 15th July. Please help her raise as much as possible. 

Poppy has two bowel/gastro conditions that can cause her alot of pain and swelling
