3 Years ago I was fortunate to survive an SCA requiring 9 defibs, 2 hours on Lucas 2 and 36 hours in ice induced coma.

In celebration of my recovery I plan to run an aggregate total of 2000 miles in 2016. Work started in Jan and as I create this 3rd August I have so far run 1695 miles as of 2nd November leaving 305 miles to go. 

this challenge is basically just under a 10k a day every day for a year.
