Story

At the start of Lockdown 1.0, I started to grow a beard for fun. After 3 months, my wife and parents voiced their dislike of my facial hair which spurred me on to keep growing it. I've grown as attached to it, in equal measure, of how attached it is to my face. I have agreed to have it shaved if I meet my desired target (£1,000) for Sebastian's Action Trust. It's an incredible charity that is very close to my heart. It's a tough financial time for many at the moment, and any donation large or small will help to reach this target. If you understandably are unable to donate at this time, but would like to contribute in some way, all I ask is that you share this JustGiving page. If I reach £5,000, I will shave my head also (which I'm not keen on doing, but will in the name of charity!).

Sebastian's Action Trust supports families of seriously-ill children, walking alongside them from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond. We provide emotional, practical and social support to more than 600 families who have life-limited or life-threatened children. We support the whole family in the community, in the family home and at our two centres (Basingstoke and Crowthorne). We can't add days to lives, but we can - and do - add life to days.www.sebastiansactiontrust.org
