Story

Nearly three years ago I started my fitness journey – from a non runner, non-cyclist and ex-school club swimmer I have trained both physically and mentally to become a triathlete and complete
some really exciting challenges. From the Coliseum to Beachy Head ... its now time to take on the famous London marathon.

As the Head of Prevention at the National Fire Chiefs Council I have been privileged to hear about the work of the Fire
Fighters Charity. This has led me to actively champion the work of the charity and get involved in fund raising activities.

The Fire Fighter Charity provide lifelong support for members of the UKs fire services community, empowering individuals to achieve mental, physical and social wellbeing throughout their lives. I hope you will support me with my events and challenges and be part of the driving force to reach my target!

I can’t wait to take to the streets of London in the red fire fighter charity t-shirt and raise awareness for the charity and encourage others to get involved!

I am ready to start my journey of fund raising and training over the next nine months.

will keep you posted on my activities and events.Thank you!
