Running through London for diabetes

London Marathon 2018 · 22 April 2018 ·
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I'm probably only going to ever run 1 Marathon, so it may as well be the best one in the world. I'm lucky that Diabetes UK chose me to be part of their team. You may or may not know, but I suffer from Type 2 Diabetes having been diagnosed in May 2015. I'm fortunate that I can control it without medication, but I do know of others, both Type 1 & 2, that rely on medication. It also runs in my family. For me these are more than enough reasons to spend the time training to run the London Marathon so I can also raise money to go towards researching and improving our understanding of Diabetes as well as keeping control of my own blood sugar levels. If you can, please help by donating generously.
