Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Over the past two years my mum has been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, one of my best friends has secondary incurable breast cancer, children at my school have parents with cancer and some have cancer themselves. It is a cruel and heartless disease that doesn't care of who it takes and affects.
I need to do something in the name of those I love and for everyone who is affected by cancer...and the only thing I can do is dance!
I work at St Paul's School in Brighton as a nursery nurse and at 12 noon on the 13th October I will start dancing in the lunch hall with all the children and then carry on until midnight with the help of friends and colleagues joining me in shifts, bringing in drinks and treats to keep me going. I'll dance to anything and everything...ballroom to disco...bring a tune, stick it on and I'll dance!
Please give what you can, however small, to help find a cure for everyone affected by this cruel disease.
Love, twirls and swirls,
Roberta x
