I am taking part in a charity trek along part of the Jordan trail to raise awareness and funds for a local mental health charity LAMP, and I am doing this in memory of a lovely young lady who took her own life during the pandemic. Mental health can be a very lonely state and having charities like LAMP to reach out to is vital so I’m hoping you will support me to raise some funds to help in their work.
