Cycle 55 minutes a day for 55 days a virtual reality trip from Southport to Paris 660 miles 

I am doing this challenge because my wife is living with Multiple sclerosis she was diagnosed in 2005 I have been raising funds and awareness for MS over the last 12 years I have cycled and trekked over 4 continents and cycled coast to coast across the UK 4 times 

We started to use the centre 18 months ago and found the staff, volunteers and members amazing everyone was so friendly 

The centre is self funded and needs funds to continue running & finance our move to new premises planned for next year 

My daughter who lives in South Korea is also doing it over there starting in Seoul 

I have also been joined at the start by Jim Hodgkins who lives in St Albans and doing the full 55 days 

We will post updates every day along our journey and let you know where we stop with pictures of local surrounding
